# WooCommerce & WordPress Sync

If you run an e-commerce store on WordPress, you probably struggle to keep your online sales data in sync with your actual accounting ledgers. KasbPro solves this completely.

1. Connecting Your Store

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in KasbPro.
  2. Download the KasbPro Sync WordPress plugin.
  3. Install the plugin on your WordPress site and enter your API keys.

2. What gets synced?

Once connected, KasbPro and WooCommerce talk to each other in real-time.

  • Orders become Invoices: Every time a customer pays for an order on your website, KasbPro automatically generates a detailed Sales Invoice with the correct taxes and line items.
  • Stock Automation: The KasbPro invoice immediately deducts the sold items from your Inventory. If stock runs low, KasbPro's AI forecasting will warn you.
  • Customer Database: Your e-commerce customers are automatically added to your KasbPro CRM Contacts list.

3. The WordPress Dashboard

The KasbPro plugin also adds a powerful "KasbPro" dashboard directly inside your WordPress admin panel. You can view your real Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, and AI Inventory Replenishment alerts without ever leaving your WordPress site!
